Site Safety Advisor

Our Health, Safety & Environment group is currently growing and is looking to add a Site Safety Advisor to the team, supporting a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) construction site in Jarvis, ON. The position is reported to the Regional Safety Supervisor and provides in-person support to supervisors, foremen and workers in the field, coordinating day‑to‑day safety requirements on site. The advisor monitors, audits and reports findings and corrective actions to leadership, and provides administrative assistance with matters related to safety. The role plays an important part in ensuring that Valard's safety culture is established and adhered to in the field.

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 10 hours per day based on site outside Jarvis, ON.
