Opportunity Description
What you will do
- Operate and support cloud infrastructure hosted on AWS (EC2, S3, networking, security)
- Support deployments across staging and production environments
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
- Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Configure and manage containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes
- Support customer-facing EHR integrations , including: VPN tunnel setup and troubleshooting, SFTP configuration (AWS Transfer Family), assistance in Mirth-to-IRIS migrations (training will be provided)
- Participate in incident detection, diagnosis, resolution, and post-mortem processes
- Monitor systems and respond to alerts using observability tools (e.g., New Relic, Wavefront)
- Collaborate closely with software engineering, QA, and DevOps teams
