Site quantity surveyor - operations - zambia

The Site Quantity Surveyor (QS) will be responsible for managing and overseeing all cost and contract-related aspects of the SMPP (Structural, Mechanical, Platework, and Piping) construction works at the project site in Zambia. The QS will ensure that all commercial and contractual obligations are met while supporting the project team in monitoring budgets, controlling costs, measuring progress, and ensuring financial compliance with project requirements.

Tasks will include but are not limited to: Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit monthly valuations, cost reports, and progress claims in accordance with contract requirements Measure and track actual quantities installed on site against bill of quantities (BOQ) and drawings. Monitor project budgets, assess variations, and prepare supporting documentation for change management.
