Lead day-to-day site operations as a Superintendent, reporting to the Vice President of Field Operations. Oversee teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety on high-value projects. As a Superintendent, you will manage operations on commercial, industrial, or institutional sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure effective planning of site activities
• Supervise work teams and subcontractors onsite
• Monitor labor hours and submit time reports
• Maintain documentation of progress and safety compliance
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on project updates

Requirements

• Diploma of Vocational Studies in construction or related field
• Minimum 10 years as a Superintendent on large projects
• Experience with projects exceeding $10M
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Broad background in current construction and renovations
