Site Manager

The AFCAP Site Manager (SM) at Abu Dhabi Air Base is accountable for the end‑to‑end execution of the Engineering Support Services (ESS) contract, ensuring all operational, financial, and contractual requirements are delivered in full compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) standards, USAF expectations, and Amentum corporate objectives. This role provides on‑site leadership and strategic direction to a multi‑disciplinary workforce, serves as the primary interface with U.S. Air Force stakeholders, and drives performance across safety, quality, cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction. The Site Manager ensures alignment with AFCAP program goals by integrating operational excellence with disciplined cost controls and proactive customer engagement in a dynamic OCONUS environment.
