The position is for an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge, technical expertise to manage the Onsite operations for Collins Aerospace products and professional services, managed airports services and/or maintenance services at Collins stations in Spain. The incumbent will lead a team of Field Service Technicians to manage day-to-day priorities, solving client issues, optimise manpower and resources, responds to complaints of customers, and escalates key issues to senior management.

This role is an on-site role and will be located with our Collins team in Barcelona, Spain.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Acts as first point of escalation for Managed Services at MAD and BCN Airports.

  • Responds to customer complaints and carries out customer satisfaction investigations to ensure establishment of appropriate improvement plans.
