Key Responsibilities
Technical Oversight & Execution
- Conduct technical assessments and diagnostics across all building systems (MEP, civil, architectural).
- Provide engineering solutions, method statements, and corrective action plans for maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all works are executed according to technical standards and regulatory requirements.
Project & Work Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance and minor project works across boutiques.
- Prepare scopes of work, material lists, and technical documentation.
- Manage contractors and internal technicians to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure high quality workmanship that aligns with luxury retail standards.
- Perform inspections, audits, and snagging reports.
- Validate completed works and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and HSE standards.
