Site Civil Engineer

A growing and innovative engineering firm is looking to add a Site Civil Engineer/Team Lead for their Denver team! Responsibilities: Manage design through all phases of planning and design during construction Responsible for department's overall performance and day-to-day operations including meeting/exceeding performance goals Provide services to current and new clients Lead client manager for targeted key clients Use technical expertise to assist with developing winning proposals Participate in meetings including proposal presentation, interviews, and business development activities Assist with monitoring/managing projects Assign duties to staff Identify schedule and cost variances Manage scope including identifying and documenting changes in scope Responsible for construction support activities (responses to RFIs, submittal reviews, construction site visits, design revisions) Ensure QA/QC standards are met Deliver projects on time, within budget and according to project scope Serve ...
