Core Technical Expertise

• 7+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in deskside / on-site / local IT support engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft OS (Windows 10 & 11) installation, configuration, and troubleshooting; working knowledge of macOS.
• Solid desktop support knowledge spanning hardware, software, and networking — including desktops, laptops, notebooks, printers, and handhelds.
• Experience with Windows image build processes, SCCM deployments, and endpoint management platforms (Intune, JAMF, Active Directory).
• Availability for on-call support during P1/urgent incidents outside regular business hours.
• Advanced English skills.
