What you’ll do

CoolIT Systems is hiring a full‑time Simulation Specialist to join our Quality team in Calgary, Alberta. In this role you will develop and deploy multi‑fidelity simulation models for liquid cooling systems, including CDUs, PCLs, RMs, and chillers, using 0D, 1D, and 3D modeling techniques across fluid dynamics and heat transfer domains. You will build physics‑based and data‑driven models that support system design, optimization, validation, and digital twin development for high‑performance computing and data center cooling architectures. The role includes creating SIL and HIL models integrated with PLC controllers, assembling full data center simulations from modular building blocks, and working closely with design, controls, and testing teams to validate system behavior and enable data‑driven engineering decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
