Shutdown and Downday Coordinator

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Shutdown and Downday Coordinator to join our Glencore Sudbury Integrated Nickel Operations . This is a full‑time, permanent staff position. The range of pay is $124,000 to $139,000 plus annual variable compensation bonus.

Location: Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. 100% site-based.

Work location is not accessible by public transportation.

Duties and Accountabilities

Reporting to the Maintenance Planning Lead, the Shutdown and Downday Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the planning and readiness activities for smelter shutdowns and scheduled downday maintenance events. The role ensures that shutdown scopes are clearly defined, properly planned, and supported with the required resources, materials, and documentation to enable safe and efficient execution.
