Key Activities

Reporting to the Producer of Popular Music and Variety, the Show Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting live performances for the Popular Music and Variety Department, by serving as the primary in-person liaison for artists and ensuring smooth onsite logistics. This part-time role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and involves coordination with artists, producers, technical teams, and venue staff to deliver a seamless experience.

Some tasks include but are not limited to:
•Setting up dressing rooms with hospitality items;
• Providing artist with payment and meals (green room or pick-up, or delivery);
• Collecting guestlist names from artists;
• Ensure timely start and end of performances;
• Work together with the onsite technical team, ushers, and bar staff to ensure everyone is ready for the performance;
