- Lead and coach co‑workers to create a fully and efficiently stocked facility where the IKEA product range is presented in ways that inspire and satisfy customers.
- Share up‑to‑date knowledge about the product range and IKEA services with co‑workers.
- Set individual and team goals and objectives focused on optimising customer shopping experience, whilst leading, coaching, supporting and motivating co‑workers to achieve these goals and objectives.
