Key Responsibilities
- Lead the shop floor by supervising technicians and coordinating daily operations to keep work moving efficiently and on schedule.
- Assign and prioritize work to ensure quality repairs and on‑time completion.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members while promoting safety and best practices.
- Monitor workmanship, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement; oversee shop workflow, equipment, and maintenance to maintain a safe and organized workplace.
- Collaborate with leadership on staffing, planning, and performance, providing hands‑on support when needed.
