Shipping/Receiving Clerk/Customs Analyst

We are seeking a Customs Analyst within our Operations team to support our automotive business. Your work will ensure safer and more efficient supply chain for our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review import and export documentation for accuracy and compliance.
2. Responsible for the organization and coordination of all parcel services (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.).
3. Responsible for all customs activities as needed, including trade‑master paperwork for dunnage daily and import or export shipments.
4. Support Corporate Logistics with Yearly NAFTA, CUSMA, and USMCA.
5. Support investigations with CBSA – Canada Border Services Agency (CARM).
6. Understand the Harmonized System and classify products using HS tariff codes.
7. Conduct audits of customs transactions and maintain accurate records.
