**Senior On-Site Service Specialist**
_POSITION PROFILE_
Provides primary operational support with a strong focus on **shipping, receiving, and logistics** within a high‑volume printing and production environment. Key responsibilities include preparing, packing, labeling, shipping, and receiving printed materials, finished products, and supplies while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with shipping requirements.
Supports print and production operations by operating high‑volume duplicating and production equipment as needed, assisting with sorting, finishing, bindery support, quality control (QC), and final product checks prior to shipment. Coordinates outgoing shipments, tracks deliveries, manages courier and freight interactions, applies appropriate postage, and handles incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes.
