Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Liaising with our franchisees and their appointed forwarders for coordination of shipments on an international scale
- Work closely with our internal warehouse team on the pick and pack process
- Opportunity to understand and experience the full range of shipping documents including Certification of Origin, Form D, and Letter of Credit from shipper's perspective
- Assist our Marketing, Visual Merchandise & Project Departments with their shipping requirements
- Ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' level with at least 1 year of relevant work experience in the shipping industry or a Diploma in a related field
- Good interpersonal skills and team player
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
