Job Summary:
Inductotherm Corp. has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Shipping Associate to join our team in Rancocas, New Jersey, Monday–Friday, hours ranging from 5:00am-5:00pm, and may require occasional weekend work as needed.
The Shipping Associate is responsible for preparing, loading, and shipping outbound freight using both manual methods and material ‑ handling equipment. This role ensures all items are accurate, undamaged, properly packaged, and compliant with shipping requirements. The position may also assist with receiving activities, assembly or movement of received goods, and the handling, storage, or shipment of hazardous materials. Previous shipping experience is preferred.
This role routinely uses equipment such as forklifts, pallet trucks, cranes, measuring tools, and computers for shipping systems including UPS and FedEx.
