Key Responsibilities

• Set and communicate performance goals, ensuring productivity on route is maximized through training, analysis, and feedback of performance data on a periodic basis.
• Partner with the AMZL Delivery Station under the UTR management team to establish and maintain quality control standards.
• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities and track tasks.
• Communicate across various areas to ensure alignment of goals and tasks for overall success.
• Strategically plan and forecast to appraise performance and resolve problems.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Ensure procedures are followed for safety, building security, and product loss prevention.
