Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of boilers and utility systems during assigned shifts.
- Monitor steam generation, boiler parameters, fuel consumption, and water quality.
- Lead and supervise boiler operators and utility staff.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Maintain shift logs and ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support continuous improvement in utility efficiency and plant uptime.
Requirements
- BOE Certification is mandatory.
- 7–10 years of experience in boiler and utility operations in a manufacturing/process industry.
- Strong knowledge of boiler operations, safety standards, and utility management.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
