Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Shift In-Charge to manage daily operations in a Quick Commerce / Dark Store operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling shift activities, manpower management, order processing, inventory coordination, and ensuring smooth last-mile operations while maintaining productivity and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end shift operations in the dark store
- Supervise pickers, packers, loaders, and delivery coordination staff
- Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders
- Monitor shift productivity, order accuracy, and turnaround time
- Handle manpower allocation, attendance, and shift scheduling
- Ensure proper inventory movement and stock availability
