Opportunity Description
Lead the Kamloops shelter teams as Shelter Manager with The Mustard Seed. This full-time, on-site role focuses on providing essential services to individuals experiencing homelessness.
Reporting directly to the Director of Shelters (South), you will spearhead various shelter operations. Key responsibilities include managing staff concerns, facilitating meetings, and ensuring proper staff training. You will also collaborate with internal and external partners to implement effective solutions for guest issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address staff and guest concerns promptly
• Oversee shelter staff training and orientation
