we are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sheet Metal Foreperson to join our team. You will play a key leadership role on a significant new project in downtown Halifax, supporting and guiding our field teams through day‑to‑day operations.

What You’ll Do
Lead and support daily activities of sheet metal field crews
Coordinate tasks, materials, and schedules to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
Collaborate closely with project managers, trades, and site partners
Mentor and support team members to help them grow and succeed
