Course Summary
REAL 317 – Real Estate Development & Urbanization. LEC 01: Wednesday 18:30‑21:15. Overview of the real estate industry value chain, from raw land and built form through asset management. Addresses different sectors and business models, environmental, political, social and technology considerations and trends.
Qualifications
- MBA degree or equivalent and work experience in the field are desirable.
