Course: ENEL 582 – Modelling and Control of Electric Machines and Drives
Course Description: Principles of electromechanical energy conversion. Rotating Machines (DC, Synchronous and Induction machines). Synchronous Generator voltage and power control, motor drive systems.
Schedule
- Lecture: MWF 3:00 pm – 3:50 pm
- Laboratory: Monday 11:00 am – 1:50 pm
- Tutorial: Monday 9:00 am – 9:50 am
Qualifications
- Earned at least a master’s degree in electrical, computer, or software engineering.
- Demonstrated background in the subject matter related to this course.
- Very good previous teaching performance or potential for very good to excellent teaching ability.
