Responsibilities

• Beauty Studio Management – manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare and Fragrance Studio (as applicable). Ensure the Coordinator, Beauty Studio are adequately trained to effectively manage the Studio and drive services on a day-to-day basis.
• Embracing Innovation – ensure Beauty Advisors leverage our technology innovations within services while assisting clients to provide an elevated in-store experience.
• Client Experience – manage the online reservation system, publish Beauty Advisors’ availability and classes, and ensure staffing levels support increased services and that the client check‑in process is efficient.
