JD:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
- Hands-on experience with ITAM modules – HAM & SAM (SAM Pro preferred) .
- Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and ServiceNow data model .
- Experience with workflow automation and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) .
- Understanding of software licensing models and compliance management .
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices .
