Your work will involve facilitating workshops, aligning processes with ServiceNow best practices, and defining workflows and service models essential for effective service management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate process discovery workshops for service improvements
• Align SysAid processes to ServiceNow best practices
• Define workflows, service level agreements, and service models
• Liaise between technical teams and stakeholder groups
• Assist in user acceptance testing and support training
Requirements:
• 5+ years of service management or operations experience
