Key Responsibilities & Assignment Duties
Led workshops, stakeholder meetings, and discovery sessions with procurement teams, contract owners, IT Asset Management teams, compliance stakeholders, finance groups, and business units to gather business and technical requirements.
Conducted detailed requirements elicitation sessions for ServiceNow Contract Management, HAM, SAM, CMDB, and ITSM-related initiatives.
Gathered, analyzed, documented, and validated both functional and non‑functional requirements aligned with business goals and compliance objectives.
Created detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria following Agile/Scrum methodology.
Documented complete contract lifecycle management processes, including:
