ServiceNow Application Manager (On-Premises), Infosys, Helsinki

Overview

This is a fixed-term (approx. 5 months) full-time hybrid ServiceNow Application Manager role based in Helsinki, starting as soon as possible.

• You will own and maintain the on-premises ServiceNow platform, plan and execute upgrades, manage infrastructure and databases, and support 24x7 on‑call operations.
• Required technical skills include on‑prem ServiceNow administration and development, Linux and Windows Server administration, middleware and MariaDB management, integrations, and tools such as Ansible, Git and Zabbix.
• Candidates must hold the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and demonstrate strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
