The Service Worker II / Attendant is an integral member of the Mazankowski Cardiac OR team that requires the ability to prioritize tasks to support a busy and dynamic environment that includes both pediatric and adult cardiac surgery patients.

Description:

As a Service Worker II, you will be responsible for readying supplies, and cleaning/disinfecting instruments and specialty equipment for immediate use/reuse by healthcare staff. You will distribute and replenish patient care supplies, perform quality control tests on equipment and record maintenance data. You may also transport patients (clients/residents), equipment, lab specimens, blood and blood products, and patient charts. You will report any concerns regarding supplies and safety issues to Unit Managers and perform other duties as required.
