Service Technician // Technicien de service

Job Description

ANDRITZ Bonetti Canada Inc. is looking for a Service Technician to perform maintenance and installation work on equipment based on formal service requests. The objective is to maintain equipment efficiency while satisfying customers, respecting shutdown schedules, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Working location: Trois-Rivieres

Job Responsibilities and Tasks

• Establish work methods to meet deadlines
• Listen to customers
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety rules
• Carry out site inspections and risk assessments
• Write service reports
• Ensure that tools and equipment (harnesses, slings, etc.) are checked for compliance with safety standards
• Respond to emergency calls at the customer’s request
• Perform any other related tasks
