Service Technician

Key Responsibilities Carry out installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of marine navigation, communication, and electronic equipment onboard commercial vessels, offshore vessels, and marine installations. Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, calibration, and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment operates reliably and complies with industry standards. Identify technical faults using appropriate testing equipment and recommend effective repair solutions to minimise vessel downtime. Respond to onboard service calls at ports, shipyards, customer premises, and offshore locations within Singapore and overseas when required. Compile accurate service reports, maintenance records, inspection findings, and technical documentation after each service assignment.
