The overall purpose of the Field Service Technician is to maximize customer satisfaction and enhance the company’s image and products through rapid, professional responses to requests for assistance and commissioning. Customer satisfaction is achieved by minimizing downtime and carrying out service assignments and repairs as quickly as possible.

• Inspect, test, and commission climate computers, software, networks, water equipment, and other products from Ridder and/or third parties
