We are seeking a Service Technician I for our adjacent apartment communities totaling 528 units conveniently located near DFW airport and Irving mall, with easy access to Hwy 183 and Hwy 161, George Bush Turnpike, and Beltline! As Service Technician I, you will turn vacant units into beautiful apartments, preparing them for new residents to call home. You will also be responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas.
