Position Background:
The Service Technician is integral to Ketek’s operations and is essential in assuring client retention through the provision of hands‑on customer service. The Service Technician's responsibilities include traveling to customers' locations, remotely accessing equipment, and performing routine maintenance.
Duties:
- Comply with all provincial transportation requirements
- Use, clean, and maintain the different tools required at the worksite
- Perform routine onsite housekeeping duties
