Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the service technicians.
• Schedule workload and travel arrangements for service assignments, balancing region and territory needs.
• Ensure technicians have appropriate tools and resources prior to starting a job.
• Ensure technicians receive support from internal teams as required.
• Follow up on service reports, expenses, and service report costing.
• Maintain data for service tools such as BaanLN.
• Secure purchase orders and warranty pre‑approvals when required.
• Track outstanding issues and Escalate to RSM, Product Quality, and/or Sales as appropriate.
• Assist RSM with managing Sales & Customer expectations of service.
• Arrange delivery of centralized tool supply as required.
