About this opportunity:

Join our committed team at Ericsson as a Service Support Specialist. The scope of this area is to answer the current North America 800 EHS line and act as the first line of response — capturing, logging, and routing both EHS and security incidents.

Ticketing & Escalation

  • Collect information from callers
  • Implement the ticketing process
  • Refer cases to the appropriate EHS Prime for further follow‑through when needed
  • Security Incident Reporting
  • Execute Security Incident Reporting as part of the scope

  • Monitors, summarizes information and data to support EHS progress and performance
  • Prepares information used for decision making within EHS area
