Opportunity Description
Overview
The Service Supervisor will be responsible for the preparation of service/repair estimates, the scheduling and coordination of service work (in house and field service). He/She will supervise a team of employees and ensure that the work produced meets customer requirements and company standards while addressing escalated customer issues and requests.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day support of the business of Service sales to customers
- Execute Continuous Improvement initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence and maximize efficiencies including service, warranty programs and operations at the branch
- Proactive problem solving and guidance to the team as it relates to service objectives
- Provide training and support for all Service technicians and supervisors
- Manage Service Shop personnel performance, safety, training and customer service
