Job Summary
Diagnose commercial roof leaks and make appropriate repairs. Lead in roof maintenance and small repair jobs.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose commercial roof leaks and make appropriate repairs.
- Lead roof maintenance and small repair jobs.
- Maintain paperwork and timesheets.
- Ensure compliance with Centi Mark Safety Policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) or more years experience in commercial roofing.
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
- Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and metal roof repairs.
- Valid state driver license in good standing.
- Reliable transportation.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders to a minimum of 25 feet.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, out‑of‑town travel, and overtime as needed.
