Opportunity Description

Our client is a supplier of great food machines and services from Japan, EU countries, and others.

Job Description

  • Planning service engineer schedule.
  • Coordinating with customers and cooperating with the sales and service team for smooth operation.
  • Arranging and controlling service schedules and creating a task via Service software for both normal and urgent cases.
  • Involving and maintaining ISO to ensure the system still be a good operation.
  • Controlling and monitoring the service contact center, including the hotline.
  • Responding to Control Service software to ensure presently information is updated.
  • Preparing accurate and reliable PM documents, calibration, service contracts, reports, data summaries, and other related documents.
  • Handling other's duties as an assignment.

  • Male or Female.
  • 25-30 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
