Service Now CMDB Developer
Seeking a developer with 4+ years of experience in development with CMDB ServiceNow, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM). The role involves working on the ServiceNow CMDB and its integration with other ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, and Asset Management.
Responsibilities
- Define, document, and implement CMDB governance processes and procedures and ensure they are followed.
- Define, document, and implement CI data audits.
- Manage CI data in a ServiceNow CMDB.
- Create CI Data Health reports, identify, and resolve CI data gaps to maintain data integrity.
Requirements
- Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA).
- ServiceNow – IT Service Management experience.
- Experience: 5–8 years.
- Hybrid work arrangement in Mexico City or Guadalajara.
