About the Role

We are looking for a CRANE Service Manager to join our service team in Surrey.

Mission

Working with some of the top mobile Crane brands in the world such as Manitowoc, Grove, National, Fassi and Kone Lift Trucks, the Crane Service Manager is responsible for exceptional Customer Satisfaction levels.

The Crane Service Manager oversees daily operations and management of the Crane Service Department, including all applicable KPI’s and metrics, as well as the health and safety of the employees. The candidate will ensure technicians are effectively utilized and are scheduled efficiently to meet customer needs.
