Our Service Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the service operations of Welding, Field Sales Support, and Mechanical Services. This role plays a key part in managing day‑to‑day activities, developing long‑term strategies, and implementing processes that ensure a positive experience for both internal and external customers. We are looking for a candidate who brings strong industry knowledge, leadership, and communication skills to drive the success of our team.

Location: On-site at our Timmins, ON branch

Salary Range: $125,000 - $130,000 per year, plus incentive plan

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
