Diagnosed and troubleshot hardware and software issues on Dell laptops. Repair or replace defective components such as motherboards, screens, keyboards, and batteries. Perform system installations, software updates, and data recovery. Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding laptop maintenance. Maintain accurate records of repairs and service reports. Ensure compliance with Dell’s service standards and warranty policies.
