Service Coordinator (12-month contract)

What You Will Do
The Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day service operations by being a point of contact for technicians and branches across the company. This role involves handling incoming calls from technicians to assist with parts inquiries, service support, order updates, and troubleshooting. The coordinator is also responsible for managing warranty claims and warranty replacement orders by working directly with manufacturers to ensure timely approvals, accurate processing, and proper follow‑up.
What You Bring
You have a post‑secondary education in Office Administration or equivalent, complimented by one to two years’ experience in an inventory control, equipment, parts and/or service‑related role.
