As a Service Centre Manager, you will have a hands‑on role in the day‑to‑day operations of your Service Centre. You will be the person that people count on, hold yourself and others accountable for results, and create a supportive environment that brings out the best in everyone. You will add your own special touch to the way things get done and lead by example.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the Service Centre and serve as a role model for the team.
- Represent the Service Centre by ensuring customers are met with the care they deserve (90% of your time will be customer‑facing).
