Job Description

• The overall goal of this post is to work together with other CCCoordinator and Technical Officer on a managed time
• Check Technicians' attendance and ensure their proper and timely dispatch based on schedule. Otherwise make immediate adjustment. Notify concerned Department as soon as possible for action being taken
• Receive and check repaired items from Production (tanks)
• Receive and check spare-parts issued by FS based on picklist or FSIS
• Mark them on the FR for identification of SCC if parts are complete per FR/FSR/ticket for scheduling purposes
• Label all parts and store them in parts storage area for issue based on Technicians' schedule
