Service Appointment Coordinator

Oakville Toyota is looking for a Service Appointment Coordinator to add to their team in Oakville. Oakville Toyota is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.

As the Appointment Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting our Service Department by delivering outstanding customer service and assisting clients with their inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service needs. 

Our Appointment Coordinator team helps transform customer inquiries, concerns, and service reminders into meaningful appointments and lasting relationships. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll be an essential part of creating a positive experience and contributing to the continued success of Oakville Toyota.

Compensation: $45,000 to $70,000 a year. 

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm; with occasional Saturdays, 7:30am - 4:00pm.
