Harley-Davidson Winnipeg is looking for an experienced Service Advisor ! As a Service Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive unparalleled service and support for their motorcycles. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their bikes in for maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and understanding their service needs.
• Consulting with customers to determine necessary services based on their motorcycle’s condition and history.
• Providing accurate estimates for service costs and timeframes.
• Scheduling service appointments and coordinating with the service department to ensure timely completion of work.
• Communicating updates and recommendations to customers throughout the service process.
